Delivery

The price of the order is displayed on the page at the time of ordering and includes 25.5% VAT. In addition, packaging and shipping costs will be added to the order, which are determined by the weight of the purchases.

Pick up from store

Free pickup from Bulevardi 24, Helsinki. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Postal services

You will receive an SMS notification and a tracking ID.

Delivery to a service point

• 0-5kg - €12.50
• 5-8kg - 15€
• 8-10kg - €18.50

Delivery to your door

A package delivered to your door, in which case Posti will agree on a delivery time with you.

Travel assistance services

Delivery to your desired parcel point. Pricing is the same as for Posti parcels. Tracking information and SMS notification are available.

Return

• All products have a 14-day return policy from receipt, provided they are unused, resalable and with the original labels in place.

• When returning, use the return form provided and attach the return shipping label.

• The customer is responsible for return costs (€5) and returned containers must be packaged according to the instructions.

• For damaged products, please contact the shipping company (Posti or Matkahuolto) immediately and report the damage by taking a photo of the packaging and contents. Then send a written notification and photos to kauppa@pieniastiakauppa.fi .
