Our webshop sells Pieni astiakauppa Oy products with business identity code 2721150-2. We sell our products to legal-aged individuals in Finland and within the EU. In addition to these conditions, we work in accordance to the consumer protection legislation and Finnish law. Our product prices are including Finnish value added tax (VAT) of 24%. The price breakdown and tax amount can be seen during the purchase process and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change our product and shipping prices, and will only be in effect once the information has been shared on our website.
All orders will be confirmed via confirmation email, which will list all ordered products, their prices, the taxes included and the shipping costs. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please get in contact with us through email, so that we can make sure your order has been processed correctly. After receiving an order confirmation, your order can no longer be changed. During the ordering process, we require an email address, so that we can share the order confirmation and a shipment tracking code for your order. We also require a phone number so that Posti and/or Matkahuolto can keep you up-to-date with SMS information regards to your order.

Your products, the shipping, and the packaging costs will be paid altogether when completing your order. In our webshop you can pay with the following Finnish and international payment methods:
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

You can pay for your order using any Finnish online payment service.
For the user this will work in the same way as any other online purchase: when you are paying for your order, you will be redirected from our website to your own bank’s website where you can complete the transaction from your own account.
Our online payment system is provided by Paytrail Oyj (business identification code 2122839-7). This service does not require any prior registration and is free of any additional charges. Using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards will show Paytrail Oyj as they recipient of the payment, who will then transfer the payments on to Pieni astiakauppa. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
Klarna will send your bill to the email address you have provided once your order has been shipped. This means that you may receive your products before you have paid for them. Your bill has a payment deadline of 14 days. If you are late with paying your bill you will receive a reminder email with a new payment deadline. Unpaid bills (after second deadline) will get an additional five euro fee and the applicable interest rate on the due amount.
In order to pay your Klarna bill you must have a valid personal identification and home address. If you have chosen to pay later, Klarna will perform a credit enquiry and once your details have been confirmed your order will be processed. If Klarna denies you the option of paying later, you will see an error message and be asked to select a different payment method.
PayPal gives you the opportunity to pay for your order without a credit card. Using PayPal requires an account which you can make on the PayPal website. For more information about PayPal as a service and how to make an account, please visit the PayPal website:
It is also possible to pay through a bank transfer. When you select this payment method you will receive the payment information to your email. We will confirm and ship your items once we have received the payment.
The definite prices of our products are the prices observed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are including the Finnish value added tax (VAT) of 24%. Packaging and shipping costs are not included in this price, and will be added to your bill separately. The shipping costs of each order can vary, since the prices for shipment are dependant on the weight of your order. Orders will be shipped and delivered with either Posti or Matkahuolto.
We strive to have your order delivered as fast as possible. However, Pieni astiakauppa has no influence on any delays or issues that Posti or Matkahuolto may experience during shipping and delivery. Our webshop shows the current inventory and we aim to keep this as accurate as possible. If you would like to order more of a specific product than what the online shop inventory shows, get in contact with us and we can check if we have the given product in stock at our physical shop in Helsinki.

The shipping cost is based on the parcel weight and are delivered through Finnish Postal Service. The delivery time tom Nordic Countries is 3-5 days and to other countries in Europe 3-7 days. At this time returning items/changing items happens at cost of the orderer.
If your package has been damaged or broken during delivery, please report this to Posti or Matkahuolto, depending on the shipping company, as soon as possible. Take a picture of the package and its contents. Inform us of the damaged package and send us the pictures as soon as possible to our email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong product or if you notice that the product is faulty, please get in contact with us via email: email@example.com or call +358 40 831 0801, so that we can discuss the returning of the product and ensure that we replace the product as soon as possible. A faulty product will be replaced with a new one. This will only be possible if we still have the product in stock If we no longer have the same product in stock, we will find a suitable alternative together.
Every product from our webshop can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days after delivery. In order to be returned, products will need to be unused, undamaged, and all stickers must still be complete and in place. Contact us in regards to returning your order through email or by phone, firstname.lastname@example.org or +358 40 831 0801. You will find the return form inside your original order, place this inside the package. We will refund the full amount of the purchased products once we have received and checked if the returned package meets all requirements. The purchase amount will be refunded to the same card used for payment, and you should receive the amount within 14 days. We will get in contact with you in regards to your refund status through email.
Returning products from within Finland is €5, and from other countries the charges will vary according to country and package weight. You can take the package to a Posti or Matkahuolto service point. Mention that you are returning an order for Pieni astiakauppa. Your return package should state: Asiakaspalautus, and you should attach a return freight letter available at the service point.
When packing your products for returning, please use the same packaging they arrived in. Make sure the products are tightly wrapped in protective bubble wrap so that they remain undamaged during shipping. Pieni astiakauppa has the right to decline and returns that do not arrive back in the required condition. Please note that we will only process returns that are returned within the time limit of 14 days after delivery.

If you would like to exchange any products, please process the order as a return and make a new order on our website. You will then receive a refund for the returned products.
Gift cards can be purchased from our physical store and you can choose the amount yourself. At this moment it is not possible to use gift cards in our online shop.
